Disappearing Exclusive Items - Guild Wars Forums

I've been having a problem concerning the exclusive item that came with GW.
I bought my copy of GW for EB Games and received the Ithas Bow.

Upon first logging in, each of my characters had the bow in their inventories.

After choosing 1 character, I entered GW and equiped the bow. I played for several hours before logging off. When I logged off, the bow was still equipped to my character. However, when I logged back on a couple of hours later, the bow had gone missing. The other 3 characters that I have created all have their Ithas Bows in their inventories...the only one I am having a problem with is the character my primary one.

Anyways, just wondering if this is something that's been happening to other folks as well?

It'd be nice if this wasn't just some isolated incident.

I'd like to get my bow back for that character as well, so if anyone can offer a solution, it'd be much appreciated.
